Food and mood… Another established, fundamental and ‘obvious’ (when we stop to think), but often overlooked relationship.

A timely reminder for myself to take a page from this book I’m already very well versed in… When my appetite’s telling me to live on coffee and a pack of 2 minute noodles for days on end, conversely, that’s actually a sign my brain and body are needing nutrition and lots of it. It’s hard to disobey my weak appetite, but I know from experience that building it up in ‘bite-size’ chunks helps 😉 Starting now.
